How do I reset my password?

Have you forgotten your password, or need to change it? 

1. Go to next.coherehealth.com

2. Click 'Need help signing in?' from the login page

3. The system will present you with the following options: 

• Reset Password
• Need an account? Register here!
• View User Guide

4. Select 'Reset Password'. The next screen will prompt you to enter your email address. 

5. Finally, press 'Reset via Email'.
